1. RWCS is intended for advanced practice clinicians practicing in Rheumatology.
2. Office Personnel must state if from a Medical Office or Industry. Need names of office or company.
3. Spouses, Guests and Children are invited to join us for a hot breakfast, served from 6:30-7:30 am (in exhibit hall), plus reception.
Spouses, Guests and Children CANNOT attend lectures, lunches or workshops.
Cancellation/Refund Policy RWCS 2022
From the initial registration and up to December 31st 2021, a fee of 50% will be charged. There will be NO refunds for cancellations on /after January 1st, 2022. There will be no refunds for No-Shows. If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration, you are required to do so on CVENT ONLINE. You may retrieve your registration profile by entering your original email address and your password.
Registrants who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following the meeting. All new registration and/or name change made to a registration 14 days prior to arrival is subject to a $25 administrative fee.
RWCS is not responsible for anything that occurs related to attendance of the conference.
