Please note the following:
A minimum of three (3) nights’ stay is required for the group rates.
You must register for the conference to receive the discounted room rate. Rooms are based on availability.
Industry Personnel must go through their housing coordinator or Steve Gomez to book their room. If your company exceeds the number of rooms outlined above, your housing congress planner will communicate which reservations should be moved to an overflow hotel.

Reservations will be made for the conference dates. Any night pre/post conference will have to be booked on your own.
No reservations will be confirmed without a form of deposit. A limited number of rooms are available.
A rooming list must be submitted 45 days prior to the start of the conference. If a rooming list is not provided then rooms will be released if a deposit has not been provided
