- From the initial confirmation and up to November 16th, 2024, 50% percent of the total registration fee will be refunded.<\/li>\n
- No refunds for cancellations on or after November 17th, 2024. There are no refunds for No-Shows.<\/li>\n
- Registrants who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees.<\/li>\n
- Refunds will be processed thirty (30) days following the meeting.<\/li>\n
- If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration, you are required to do so on the NMG Registration website.<\/li>\n
