- Proof required for Fellows.
- Spouse/Guests/Children may not attend the sessions, workshops or lunches.
Cancellation/Refund Policy RWCS 2020
- From the initial registration and up to MAY 31, 2020, a fee of $100.00 will be charged.
- On JUNE 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020, 50 percent of the total registration fee will be charged.
- There will be No refunds for cancellations on /after JANUARY 1, 2021, and after.
- There will be no refunds for No-Shows.
If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration, you are required to do so on Cvent. You may retrieve your registration profile by entering your original email address and your password.
Registrants who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following the meeting.
All new registration and/or name change made to a registration 14 days prior to the meeting is subject to a $25 administrative fee.
RWCS is not responsible for anything that occurs related to attendance of the conference.
