Cancellation/Refund Policy RWCS 2018
- From the initial registration and up to MAY 1, 2017, a fee of $100.00 will be charged.
- On JUNE 1, 2017 through JANUARY 10, 2018, 50 percent of the total registration fee will be charged.
- There will be No refunds for cancellations on /after JANUARY 11, 2018, and after.
- There will be no refunds for No-Shows.
- Registrants who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees. Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following the meeting.
NOTE: All new registration and/or name change made to a registration 14 days prior to arrival is subject to a $25 administrative fee.
